NEINVER appoints José María Escobar as new Technical Director
19/09/2023 – NEINVER has appointed José María Escobar as new Technical Director, reporting directly to Eduardo Ceballos, the Group’s Director of Asset Management.
In his new position, Escobar will be responsible for overseeing all technical activity related to new developments, extensions and refurbishments of the assets that the Spanish multinational manages in Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Germany and the Netherlands.
José María Escobar has a large experience, both nationally and internationally, in the field of construction, development and technical management of projects in the hospitality, food & beverage, retail and office sectors, among others, having spent a large part of his career in the city of Paris. Prior to his arrival at NEINVER, he also held positions of responsibility as project manager for companies such as Disney Paris, ACERTA France, ACCOR Hotels, OHL Desarrollo, Lend Lease, Grupo Lar and Inmobiliaria Chamartin, among others.
He is an architect from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and holds a diploma in Hotel Asset Management from ESSEC in Paris. He speaks Spanish, French and English.
