NEINVER appoints Vicente Muñoz Boza as new General Manager
Madrid, 27 July 2026. NEINVER, a Spanish multinational company specialising in the development, investment and management of retail real estate assets and a leading player in the European outlet sector, has appointed Vicente Muñoz Boza as the company’s new General Manager and a member of its Board of Directors. Daniel Losantos, a NEINVER shareholder, is leaving his position as Chief Executive Officer.
Muñoz Boza will assume overall executive responsibility for NEINVER and lead the company’s management with the support of the Executive Committee. Together with the management team, he will oversee the implementation of the company’s strategy, as well as the development of NEINVER’s business and projects across the six European markets in which it operates.
Muñoz Boza has nearly 30 years of experience in leadership positions at international companies, with an extensive track record in growth, business development and value creation. Throughout his career, he has led international operations and teams across Europe and Latin America in sectors including technology, telecommunications, infrastructure, smart retail services and financial services.
Among other positions, he served as Global CEO of Telefónica Internet of Things (IoT), where he led the growth of the business and played a key role in the creation, launch and strategic development of Telefónica Tech. More recently, he held senior executive roles at MasOrange, with responsibility for partnerships and new business. He also has experience in corporate finance, M&A, international expansion and organisational transformation.
