As a developer and manager of retail real estate, we are committed to leading the transition to a low-carbon, circular, and socially responsible industry.
To meet future challenges and key ESG priorities, we have established a clear roadmap through our Building Tomorrow framework. This strategy helps us minimise our environmental footprint, manage risks, and create long-term value for stakeholders.
-1- Our ESG strategy
Our Building Tomorrow strategy is built on five pillars that address key challenges in the real estate and retail sectors and our most material ESG issues.
Strong corporate culture and engaged employees: build an engaged team and resilient, positive culture that creates value for our business, stakeholders, environment and society.
Sustainable assets: reduce the environmental footprint of our assets and strengthen their resilience to climate change.
Collaboration with brands: support retailers in implementing sustainability strategies in our centres and meeting consumers’ sustainability expectations.
Responsible consumption & sustainable communities: offer visitors sustainable shopping experiences tailored to their preferences while generating a positive local impact.
Sustainable finance: respond to investor demand for sustainable project financing.
