NEINVER, Europe’s second-largest operator of outlet centres—the pioneering company that introduced the outlet concept to countries such as Spain and Poland—has carried out a digital transformation of its management model to provide an integrated, innovative experience to brands and customers alike, in response to consumers’ omni-channel shopping habits.

This digital ecosystem designed by NEINVER includes a project called “Geolocation-Based System to Identify Purchasing Habits and Customise Offers” (Ref. No. TSI-100503-2015-20), co-financed by Spain’s Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, as part of the 2013–2016 National Plan for Scientific Research, Development, and Technological Innovation.
