FACTORY Warsaw Ursus is Poland’s first outlet centre, with more than 13 years of operation and an occupancy rate of 100%. Since its opening, it has evolved from a small outlet space with a dozen tenants into one of the country’s most successful outlet centers. In autumn 2015, FACTORY Ursus reopened its doors to customers after a comprehensive renovation.

Being the first retail project in Ursus, FACTORY has attracted many new investments in the district. The recent road system reconstruction provided new transport routes, connecting the facility with the city center and Warsaw suburbs, nearly doubling FACTORY’s catchment area. In order to seize new opportunities, the first Polish outlet centre has been extended and now boasts additional retail space and twice the number of parking spaces. It has also become the capital’s biggest outlet centre.
