Our history

The company was founded in 1969 to revolutionise Spain's property development industry by introducing the turnkey concept. This model, which tailors our work to the client and the market to the furthest extent, has governed the group's strategy throughout our 50-year history.

• From the beginning, we diversified our ability to develop property products: from industrial and office projects to today, when we have become the firm to be followed in Europe's retail and outlet property industry.
• Over the course of four decades, we have built a distinctive business model that broadened the Group's lines of business. They include everything from property development to leasing to retail asset and retail fund management.
• We professionalised our management in the 1990s with a highly dedicated and expert team. This made it possible to become what we are today: one of the exemplary companies in this sector.
• We went international, and starting in 2000, we successfully expanded our model in Europe to the point where we now have operations in 6 major markets.
• We are now committed to establishing strategic alliances with local partners that help reduce entry barriers in new countries and strengthen and broaden our internationalisation process.
