NEINVER starts refurbishment works at FACTORY Krakow and Futura Park, in Poland

Warsaw - Krakow, 10 May 2017. NEINVER, a Spanish company specialised in investment, development and management of property assets—the second-largest operator of outlet centres in Europe and the largest in Spain and Poland—has started refurbishment works of FACTORY Krakow outlet centre and Futura Park shopping mall, in Poland. Works will be completed by the end of the year.

NEINVER is working on a modern dining area for customers and a new interior design at both centres. The new restaurant zone will be divided into special sections. The first will be a family area with an adjoining playground, game equipment and special decorations. The second area will offer fast food for people taking a short break from shopping. These will be complemented by a relaxation zone with a cafeteria and a rest area.

The centres will offer a renovated dining area and a new interior design.

The new interior design will add bright colours that visually enlarge and brighten up the space, with painting works in progress. Common areas such as toilets and rooms for parents will also be upgraded. The appearance of the entrance of Futura Park shopping centre will also change. A new escalator will make it easier for customers to shop and to visit the new restaurant zone. The shopping passages will have leisure zones set up with comfortable sofas and greenery.

Due to the renovation works, many stores at the centres have also decided to renew their interiors.

Located just 5 minutes from Krakow International Airport – Balice, FACTORY Krakow and Futura Park boast a total area of 41,500 m2. The outlet centre houses more than 100 local and international brands, with 100% occupancy, while the shopping centre’s offer includes 26 stores. In 2016, the two centres received a total of 5.7 million visitors, a 5% increase compared to the previous year.
